I super set’d my biceps, triceps, back and obliques.
My co-worker and I super set’d, chest, shoulder and abs. You know you had a good workout when your body is in pain :D
Sens tie the serie 1-1
Upgrading from Gold Standard Whey (24gb of protein) to Hydro Whey (30g of protein). And I’m going to try CLA (Fat Burner), I do a lot of walking at work…and I mean a lot. I can do a minimum of 20 000 steps a day and I also do a lot of heavy lifting. I figure, taking a fat burner in the morning and the afternoon would help me a lot.
So new supplements = Gain more muscle and faster + burn fat while i’m at work.

I woke up this morning and my entire body was hurting. My legs, back, chest, shoulder and arms. I guess that’s a good sign, that my hard work is working. You know like they say, “No Pain, No Gain”.
I know I haven’t uploaded any pictures in the last 5-6 months, I’ve just been busy with work and everything. Here’s 2 of my most recent pictures, I hope you like it.

So there’s 5 months till I head south and here’s my summer workout plan.
Monday: Muscle building / shrugs, shoulders and chest
Tuesday: Cardio / Running session and abs
Wednesday: Muscle building / Biceps, triceps, love handles, back
Thursdays: Cardio /Running session and abs
Friday: Muscle building / shrugs, shoulders, chest, Biceps, triceps, love handles and back
Saturday: Cardio /Running session and abs
Sunday: Day off, cheat day, my one and only day where I can eat whatever I want.
I have 10-15lbs to go, can’t stop now, I gotta keep pushing!
