Operation get sexy for Mexico is under way
Jogged/ran for 45mins and biked for 10mins, also did some arm and abs workout. Thank god I have a friend that’s living in a hotel for 2 months…free gym! :D

I’m really drained, biked all the way to Mount-Royal, did 3 laps jogging. Day 1 of legit to get Carlosity sexy was good. Tomorrow, my boy @turtleneckpleks is really gonna work me out. My training manager (Turtleneckpleks) told me I have to wear, sweat pants and sweat shirt to really SWEAT! xD It’s all good, it’ll be worth it. I don’t have to be self conscious in Mexico :D...

38 days to get sexy
If I bike and jog 3-4 times a week and watch what I eat, I should be down 20-30lbs by the end of the month. I’m tired of being chunky, I wanna buy clothes that I can wear, that fits me and won’t make me self-conscious. It’s time to start living healthy!
