I have a black female Great Dane named Penelope. She’s a year and half and she’s about 5’4 when she stands on her back legs, she’s not finished growing yet either.

Wow, she’s only a year and a half and she already stand 5’a. That’s what I love about Great Dane, they’re huge. If it’s ok, can you upload a picture of your dog? :D

I saw a great dane today and it made me want one even more. I’ll probably call my great dane, GOLIATH :D

Every time I talk to my friend about upgrade camera, it reminds me that I really need a job and start saving for my dream kit. 

We’re planning on going to Mont-Tremblant in October for a hiking/photography session. It’s 25$ for a bus ride there and 22$ for the gondola ride. I can’t wait, I’ve never done a fall photography sesh in the wild. Fall = beautiful colors, I can’t wait!

Went through my fall/winter clothes and most of the fit me well now. Clothes that I wore last year that I never really felt comfortable in, but now it’s all good. I gotta thank my friends for helping me out and pushing me. My goal, get to 170-180lbs with muscle weight by next summer, I have to get ready for Mexico.

If you really believe and put your head in to it, you can achieve it. Gotta stay healthy and hockey season is coming up. I’ll need it, since me and my boys play for 3-4 sometimes even 5hrs straight.

I’m doing research where to get amazing pictures in Calgary and Banff. Also where to go shopping, I need hoodies, shoes and maybe a Khaki 511 Levis pants. 

My aunt and uncle wants to go to Calgary for at least 2 weeks, take me sight seeing and shopping. I might leave Friday August 26th to September 5th, I really hope I go. I really want to see Banff and Vancouver.

This is the result when your friend over throws the ball and you try to catch it with one hand, I can’t bend my finger. Hopefully this heels up fast so me and my boys can play Frisbee…with our new legit Frisbee. If your Frisee is not 175gram, it’s a toy :P

….Frisbee, It’s so fun. Lucky us, we found a frisbee in the park. Now we’re gonna get a legit, more better frisbee. Maybe we’ll get a boomerang next :P

Anybody know a good brand and model for frisbee? we want something between amateur and pro.

I have a 50D and like it.Yes a 5D is on my list to get but the 60D should be good. I’ve used the 7D and am not really a huge fan when I upgrade it’ll be to the 5D.I have the 17-40 L and adore it. It’s the one that is always on my camera.

Thanks for the reply and I agree with you. The thing I hate the most about the 7D is the on/off switch. I think a 60D + 17-40L + 50mm 1.8 would be a great kit. And I tried my uncle’s 5D MK II and it’s a work of art, so beautiful and powerful. Funny thing I also thought about getting the 50D so I can save more, but the 60D has the rotating LCD screen :D

I’ve decided to downgrade because, my family is thinking of going back south this december and I need to pay for myself. So I’ve decided to lower my budget to 2000$ or less. It means, no spending money on clothes or anything. I have 4 months to save 3500$. I can live without getting the 7D, as long as it’s not a entry level camera. So here are my options.

Canon 60D : 1000$  (Not as good as the 7D, smaller too, way better than a entry level cam)

Canon 24-104 F/4 IS : 800-900$  (Pretty wide, not as wide as 15 that’s for sure. But at the same time it goes up to 104…and it has IS. 

Canon 17-40 F/4L : 750-850$

Canon 70-200 F/4L : 500-600$

Canon 50mm F/1.8 : 90-100$ (You can’t go wrong with the nifty fifty)

What should I get? My budget is 2200$, should I get the 

Canon 7D + 15-85mm IS for 2150$ = 2500$ with tax

Pros: It’s pretty wide, perfect for landscape which I love to do

Cons: It’s F/3.5-5.5

Canon 7D 1500$ +tx + Canon 70-200mm F/4 (no IS) for 500$ = 2000$, maybe 2300$ with tax.

Pros: It’s 70-200mm with a fix F stop of 4 and it’s a prime lens.

Cons: It doesnt have IS and I can’t do landscape photography.
