My Mexico trip has been paid for :D
My dad just calculated my income tax and I’m getting 1036$.
Afternoon Workout
Lateral Raise
10lbs: 2 sets of 10 + superset
5lbs: 2 sets of 15 + superset
Shrugs
15lbs each arm (30lbs total): 3 sets of 20 + superset
Tonight, I’ll finish the day with biceps, triceps, side bend and back workouts.

– Done, done and done. Time to move on!
Weight upgrade is tough :S
Less reps and it makes me feel like I’m weak. But that’s the only way to bulk up, can’t stay on the same weight. Now instead of sets of 15-20, I can only do 8-12 reps. I have to get used to this, it’s gonna take time, but it’s going to work for sure.

My chest is so sore :S
Last night I did 2 sets of 20 (+ 1 super set) triangle push ups, 2 sets of 20 (+ 1 super set) army push ups and 2 sets of 20 (+ 1 super set) wide push ups. And now, I chest is on fire! 5 months and 18 days till we head south!
Seeing hundreds and hundreds of people leaving for Cuba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Mexico everyday makes me so sad. I can’t wait to spend 10 days without thinking about anything but eating, sleeping, swimming and relaxing.
