Trying out new supplements
Upgrading from Gold Standard Whey (24gb of protein) to Hydro Whey (30g of protein). And I’m going to try CLA (Fat Burner), I do a lot of walking at work…and I mean a lot. I can do a minimum of 20 000 steps a day and I also do a lot of heavy lifting. I figure, taking a fat burner in the morning and the afternoon would help me a lot.
So new supplements = Gain more muscle and faster + burn fat while i’m at work.
